My taxes for 2011 are about 4.4% lower than last year. (was $11553.14, now $11044.84 due to the Abatement limits of 3%)

Has anybody received their tax return?

My tax bill for 2011-2012 arrived. The amount owed is $7405.70. Last year it was about $9500.00.
Should I include a “Payment Under Protest Form”
with this payment?
