On the Lake Tahoe, Incline Village real estate market in 2012 there is a big jump in home sales assisted by a lower median sales price. Also on the Condominium report you can notice the lowest median sales price in the past years. A large number of properties with their sales price under $200.000 were sold this year bringing the median sales price index to an all time low and also igniting a turnaround in our real estate market.
